Proud Heart Therapy Services is not in network with any insurance providers, and services are private pay only.

 

Credit/debit card payments are conveniently processed through Stripe.

For clients wishing to use out-of-network insurance benefits to cover part of the cost of therapy, I can provide a superbill that clients can submit to insurance. Although I do not accept Medicare, this process can be used for Medicare beneficiaries who have seondary insurance with out-of-network benefits. 

 

Reimbursement is not guaranteeed. You will need to work with your insurance provider to discuss coverage and to file the paperwork provided.

 

Please note, no shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.
